- a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer);
- a bathroom with a toilet (equipped with a shower cubicle, a sink and a washing machine);
- an entrance hall with a capacious closet.
In addition, at the disposal of the tenant is a parking space in a fenced property with a remote control gate, and there is the possibility of providing a space in the garage, for example, to store a bicycle.

Rent - PLN 1700
Flat rate for consumption of utilities (electricity, water, garbage for 1 person) - PLN 500
Total rental cost: PLN 2200 for 1 person or PLN 2300 for 2 people
Deposit - PLN 2500

Tenant Liability Insurance required (72 PLN/year)
